When will TRIN officially move over to NYSE?

This announcement is NOT public information, as Trinity will officially move over to NYSE end of July/early August. Therefore, please do not share this until you can point to an official press release.

Is my hotel covered?

Trinity will cover a 2 night stay on 11/11 and 11/12 at one of our preferred hotels. You must book by July 31st. Marketing will be in touch with hotel options.

Are my flights covered?

Trinity will cover a round trip to JFK or Newark. More info on group booking to come.

Is my transportation covered?

Trinity will cover transportation and airport parking. We strongly suggest using the subway when commuting around the city or traveling to/from the airport. If you are Ubering, please carpool together.

Are my meals covered?

Yes, Finance team will provide parameters.

Can I bring a plus one to NYC?

Yes, please note that Trinity will be covering expenses for employees only. Plus one's are welcomed to the Welcome Happy Hour on 11/11. The Closing Bell and team dinner on 11/12 are for Trinity staff only.

What is the attire?

The Closing Bell events are business professional attire.

Are any of the scheduled events optional?

The ringing of the bell and celebration dinner are mandatory for the Trinity Team. However, the welcome happy hour on November 11th is optional.

What should I do if I cannot attend?

We will miss you! Please RSVP that you cannot attend.

Since the team will be traveling on Veteran's Day, will there be an alternate date off?

Yes, because the team will be traveling on Veteran's Day, Trinity will provide an alternate day off at a later date. Additional details will be shared soon.
